    A Hot Billionaire!!!

If you liked the other billionaire dominants you will like Soft Wear. If you haven’t read the previous books this is a standalone that will make you want to get the prior books in the series. Some of the characters from previous books make an appearance throughout this book. This may be the best book yet in the series with some panty melting scenes, some mystery and some danger and suspense. I received this book as an advance copy for the review but, I was going to buy it anyway, and I had already bought previous books in the series that I knew I liked.

    Another great read

4.5 stars I really do love Marilyn Lakewood's writing and have waited a year and a half for this book :) This is a very good story and I found it refreshing that both Luc and Paige struggled to keep their physical attraction for each other at bay while Paige had no memory of her life before the crash. Luc's caring, protective Dom was on full display through the whole book (my only gripe was that he was almost too perfect - as if he were a dream/fantasy Dom, always saying or doing what would make Paige melt). The threat to Paige was easy to discern and that portion of the plot was pretty much a "play by play" right out of the "How to be a Bad Guy Playbook" with no twists or turns to make it more interesting. The relationship and interactions between Paige and Luc are what really keep your attention and I loved Charmer's dedicated attention to his treats. We do get a couple of cameo appearances by Jillian and Nick (Stone Wear), Kali and Chase (Hard Wear), and sexy Dom/Doctor Rand (a little bird has told me that he will be getting his own book - yay!). Roman, another smexy Dom/construction mogul, plays a fair good size roll in this book (also begging for his own book). Looking forward to the next in the series - I just hope it does not take another year and a half :)

    A dominant protector

A dominant protector Luc Travers is hired to safeguard Paige by her employer and friend, Jillian Ingram. Her instincts tell her that Paige may be in trouble. When they find Paige in the wrecked car, disheveled and confused about her identity, it’s clear Paige is suffering from temporary amnesia. Luc takes her back to his cabin to heal until she recovers. Luc met Paige one other time, he’s never forgotten the attractive red-head whose sweet temperament says she’s a submissive. His inner dominant wants to claim her as his own, but in all fairness, Luc should wait until she regains her memory. As they spend time together, Paige can’t quite understand why Luc’s confident and alpha behavior pulls something in her. She’s attracted to his dominant way and his group of friends is the same. I love the sexual tension that builds between them. Soon, Paige gives Luc her sexual surrender and it is all that he’s dreamed her gift of submission would be. But danger is all around them, and as Paige regains memory her past comes barreling into her present situation. Though Luc and Paige are the main characters in this book, we get to catch up with Chase and Kali, Nick and Jillian, Rand, and Roman, Jenna, and Ray. The last portion of the story is action-packed and a page-turner. Softwear is book three and a great addition to the Hot Alpha Billionaire series. I received and voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
