    Thanks for your feedback!

    Sweet and satisfying

A missing heir from a secret marriage who spent most of her early life in an orphanage sounds like a huge cliché but Mary Balogh adds some interesting twists. The orphanage feeds its residents well, not just with good food, but their spirits. Still, they dream of better lives and long for families to love and be loved by. The hero of the story is not the handsome, brawny prince of dreams but a slight, almost feminine, self-contained, wealthy duke. The story is about how they discover a mutual love while Anna must negotiate the ways of the ton as she enters society. This is the first book in a new series about the Westbrook family that is changed permanently by Anna's appearance. I am looking forward to the future books.
