Can patience & love conquer time & moral standards

OMG this was such a magnificent, emotional, wonderful love story. It gave me laughter, happiness, sadness and tears. It's a magnificent historical romance with that periods strict moral codes. Without writing spoilers I can't say much, but I can tell you the love in this story takes years in reaching its beautiful climax. It goes through marriage's both filled with love, as well as arranged and no love. This book is now my favorite love story and I believe it will be for a long time, if not forever.

    Soul of sin

Wow! Didn't see that coming and actually felt unsettled at times. Age is a strange aspect when considering a relationship but love is timeless. The story moves you to the conclusion with suspense, drama and flair. Well done!

A wonderful escape to a different era

A wonderful story set in the Victorian era of such strict social conventions and yet the main characters are shimmering with latent sexual tension. What a fabulous juxtaposition! For me the heart of a great romance is all about the interaction between main characters, which is what Soul of Sin delivers, with a wonderful connection that quickly builds to an intense conflagration! Wow! There's an element of mystery about a couple of different elements in the story and I love the intrigue of it all ~ they are interesting but not distracting or too much of a diversion from the main focus of the story...a building romance! I loved that the main characters are surrounded by an eclectic extended family group who are so interesting...some have already found their way through the mine-field of society's scandals to come out happy on the other side (I presume they are from the previous series written by Tracy Cooper-Posey, Scandalous Sirens, so I'm going to read them now because I really liked the characters!)

Victorians - Saints & Sinners alike

Tracy takes us on a journey where we catch glimpses of the duality of upper class Victorian lives. Gripping main characters and intriguing family members of three generations. From London to country England and a sneak peak at Victorian France we are led a merry dance. Sinful interludes keep us wary of letting go of these less than model Victorian citizens and their interconnecting stories. I am more than pleased that I could voluntarily review an Advanced Reader’s copy of this book.
