Life has its own pulse - Its own timeline

Life has its own pulse - Its own timeline Cohen was young when his heart was ripped out and stomped on the first time. It taught him a valuable lesson , one that stayed with him. Until a doe eyed fiery ball called Jamie came crashing back into his world. It was serendipitous that Noah and Cohen were dropped into Jamie's world. Slowly both became an intrinsic part of her everyday life. Now she must choose between appeasing her family or her heart. No matter which choice she makes she is aware someone will be hurt. Cohen let her in! Jamie sometimes you have to follow your heart, even if it might be against the grain. Hey Heather we can see the ugly Noah you can have all the cupcakes your little heart desires. This was a fun, emotional and at times a touch stressful second chance at first love. I promise it's not as confusing as it sounds. The slow build between Cohen and Jamie was ,for me, what made this story so easy to fall into. You spend that kind of time getting to know someone, sharing moments both good and bad. You are bound to catch feelings. Especially when the seed was already present.

    Stirred

Cohen is the co-owner of the Twisted Fox who is trying to run the bar and be a single father to his son after his ex left him just after Noah was born. Cohen is still bitter about the way things transpired with his ex that when Noah ends up in the ER and Jamie, his ex's sister, is the one attending to his son he is not happy, to say the least. Jamie has been trying to get Cohen to allow her to see her nephew and when they end up in the ER she sees this as her opportunity to try and get Cohen to allow her into her nephew's life. Noah falls in love with Jamie even though Cohen attempts to push her away which has Cohen not wanting to break his son's heart. Stirred is the beginning of the Twisted Fox series and is a single dad, forbidden romance. The characters, other than Heather who I could not stand, are very likeable and this was a good start to the series. *ARC was generously provided in exchange for my honest review*

    Loved it

Book 1 in the new Twisted Fox series and it was such a great start. Single dad with a forbidden romance theme was all I needed to see to know that I wanted to read this story. Jamie and Cohen stole my heart and had me rooting for them the entire time I read their story. They had some much history between them and not all of it was good. When he needed help for his son, Jamie was the one who ended up helping him. They started to slowly navigate around each other and get to know each other again and that was they needed to help get over the past. The chemistry and attraction between them was so intense. No matter how much chemistry and attraction, will they be able to find the HEA they both need or will there be something or someone standing in the way of happiness? You will have to read to find out. Highly recommend this read and I can’t wait to read more of this series. I read an early review copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

    Oh boy!!!!

The book is everything that it promised to be. Writer Charity Ferrell knows how to get words on paper that take us with them and boy did this book grab me in. Cohen is this super cute single father and Jamie is the little sister of the woman who left Cohen and his son behind. But between the two of them chemistry lingers but what do they do with it.... act on it or just let it pass and if they act on it, how will it end..... dum dum dum...... Again I am nog going to spoil the book for you guys but I can only tell you REALLY HAVE TO READ THIS BOOK !!!!!! A five star review again for one of her books, can not wait for the next in line. Thank you for this wonderfull book Charity.
