  • Fun, Functional, and Essential!

I give this book a FULL five stars. Full marks for a book which delivers clear and useful content without any psycho-babble or new age garnishes. The content is born of experience, reflection, trial and error, and work with a range of men facing challenges. For me, this makes Straight Talk a kind of common-sense style manual, which still causes epiphanies and big 'aha' moments. The title limits the book 's audience to desperate husbands, though I would say it applies to North American men, single, dating, or married. I actually like that the book is a collection of articles. I find the result to be a series of well polished and important points clearly stated. There is also alot of helpful video and coaching resources surrounding the book which bolsters the effect. I have read about 20 books on masculinity and relationships, and this one is top 5, because of it's simple, unpretentious style, and undeniable functionality. Thanks Steve.

    Thanks for your feedback!
