    Honeysuckle Ridge!

This was a very sweet contemporary romance. When two totally different people come together and fall in love it's amazing. I loved how the townspeople felt like a side character in the plot. I felt such a kinship with the main character that when she was vindicated in the end, I was happy. I can't wait to read the next installment to this sweet series. I received an advanced reader's copy from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

    Warm, sweet, and affecting!

Summer on Honeysuckle Ridge is an amusing, tenderhearted, enemies-to-more romance that transports you to the small town of Highland Falls and introduces you to the reclusive, broody, Hunter who is content to live alone and wallow in his guilt and grief for past losses, and the spunky, accident-prone Abby, who is need of some quick cash and is determined to scrimp, save, fix, sell and move on as quickly as possible. The writing is humorous and light. The characters are supportive, helpful, and fun-loving. And the plot is a charming blend of family, friendship, touching moments, adversity, attraction, chemistry, swoony romance, and hilarious mishaps. Overall, Summer on Honeysuckle Ridge is a heartwarming, spirited, satisfying tale about teamwork, communication, love, and taking chances. It’s a fabulous start to the new Highland Falls series by Mason, and I can’t wait to read Mallory & Gabriel’s story next.

    Small Town Romance

This book was entertaining, fun and lighthearted. Abby is a former YouTube star down on her luck. She inherits her aunt’s farm and decides to stay there until she can sell it and get back on her feet. She arrives to find she had a neighbor. Hunter is former military and a definite loner. The two clash from the start as Abby tries to deal with her aunt’s home. I liked this book. Abby was a bit much to take at times and the story jumped around a bit but it was overall entertaining and a nice escape read. I really liked Hunter and thought he was well-written. I would recommend this quick, small-town read to anyone who is looking for a light-hearted romance or women’s fiction. Thank you to NetGalley and Forever for an ARC of this book. The opinions here are my own.

Fun First Visit To Highland Falls!

Welcome to Honeysuckle Ridge! This first story of the Highland Falls series is fun and full of adventure. Debbie Mason gives us a great cast of quirky characters that make the town special. We meet Abby, who came to Honeysuckle Ridge, because her divorce left her homeless, and her Great Aunt left her a house in her will. Hunter lives in the barn on the property and is a recluse. Sparks fly when the meet and realize that they will be neighbors. Abby and Hunter are both dealing with personal issues that draw the reader in. Their relationship is full of ups and downs, while they work through their lives. The community adds another dimension to the story, that shows what small town America is really like. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to returning to Honeysuckle Ridge for the next Highland Falls book. A special thank you to Hachette Book Group, Grand Central Publishing and NetGalley for the ARC.

    Loved it!

Loved it! This is a wonderful heartwarming romance that touched my heart as well as my funny bone. Complete opposites, Abby and Hunter are two characters you can't help but cheer for. The story has a slow easy pace and all the characters are well developed. Some of the secondary characters should give us some fun future stories. I for one can't wait. I definitely recommend this one.
