Thanks for the wonderful story! I really enjoyed I am from Italy and I leave in Brampton, your story brought me back in my own village were people are simple and genuine like the one in Supino. Good luck with your work and with your life.

Summers in Supino - Becoming Italian

Enjoyed reading the story. Would like to read the first book about her father and the struggle her Father with the new way of life in a new country and different language. Thanks

    So depressing at the end...

The book start with a light note, but at the end, prepare yourself for the most depressing book ever. Definitely not a book to cheer you up.

As good as a holiday in Italy

I liked the friends she and her hubby made. The life they lived while there which harks back to times when neighbours talked to each other and socialised together instead of watching TV or playing video games. People cared for each other and helped each other out. Changes occurred to the community and with Maria and Bob but the caring didn't.
