    Good read!

Great little thing joining Aere Saga and Elsker Saga and a bit of both of the crews working together and the effects are really good.

    light-hearted, hilarious Norse fun!

This quick and very fun read by ST Bende is a light-hearted—though suspenseful—play between her Elsker Saga and Aere Saga Norse god characters as they attempt to fulfill a quest given to them by the mysterious Norns to protect Asgard from a rising darkness. The story is told from the point of view of fierce, flirtacious Inga, a (sort of-) warrior goddess who is married to the hot, cheeky god Gunnar (#GunnarsFunner). Their quick wit, playful banter, and heart-racing romance are fun and pulls you into the story quickly. With their interaction with Gunnar’s equally-hot-but-slightly-more-nerdy brother Henrik and his partner (as bodyguards to the war god), the bubbly, adorably-over-optimistic Brynn (or #Brynnrik together, ha!), the humor is endless and smoothly counteracts the seriousness of their dilemma and the grave danger they face in their battles. I loved that Miss ST even threw in a few little 4th-wall-cracking comments that stemmed from her Facebook group. :) I laughed aloud the whole time, startling those around me, and enjoyed it so much I read it in about two hours. One of my favorites in the Supernatural Chronicles so far. And if you haven’t yet, I highly recommend reading more about these characters in ST Bende’s sagas! *I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*

    What's Next.....

I was given an ARC for an honest review of The Asgardian. I loved it. It was witty and full of action. I found myself laughing out loud at the brothers. The girls were cool too. (LOL) I wish I could fight like that. Reading it was a pleasure and I miss them when I complete the story. It has been a great start into a new world of characters that have depth and morals. I am excited to see what S.T. releases next. If its anything like the last couple of books hang on for the ride.

    A Must Read

As per her usual writing excellence, S.T. Bende has once again come up with a great story. Plenty of action and adventure. The one thing that impressed me the most was her ability to write a short story and yet bring it to a satisfying conclusion. Not many authors are so talented. The Asgardians is a short story well worth reading.

    Love Inga and Gunnar!

'The Asgardians' was just the action-packed story I was hoping for. Despite being a novella, it was full of all the good things I like in a story: action and suspense, a couple in love, and sweet friendship. Having already loved Inga and Gunnar from Bende's Elsker series, taking this ride along with them made me fall for them even more. Seriously, I love Inga and Gunnar! Here their vacation is interrupted by an Asgardian emergency, throwing them, along with Henrik and Brynn, into a non-stop quest of mystery solving and fierce action. With dark forces out to stop them, these four have to stick together or the consequences will be dire. I loved this journey and my only complaint is that I want another and another. If this is your first ST Bende book, you are getting just a glimpse at the fantastic Norse world she's created in her books. And if you are already a fan, then you will love this little gem and some extra time with Inga, Gunnar, and friends.
