SWEPT INTO LOVE by Melissa Foster

Well Melissa you did it again. Just a great story of second chances. I loved that fact that Gage and Sally were friends first and then lovers. The fact that both were too scared to move from friends to the next step because they didn't want to ruin what they had. Add in Sally's son Rusty and Gage being his male confident and yes it complicates everything. Who know a few extra drinks and a trip away in Vegas you can drop all your built up walls. Definitely a book worth reading.

Gage and Sally.... and Rusty. The perfect family!

Nothing like “waking up married” in Vegas…. to your best friend This book made me laugh, cry and feel every emotion in between. Gage had been in love with Sally for many years. They were co workers but the catch was Sally was married. Move forward and Sally’s husband had passed away after a skiing accident. This left Sally alone to raise her son Rusty “alone”. What took Sally a long time to realize was Gage had stepped in and was there for Sally AND Rusty every step of the way. Gage became Rusty’s “go to” person when ever he needed advice and guidance. Sally was worried that Rusty would lose Gage as the person. It did not happen!! There were some bumps and bruises along the way. Gage was patient and let Sally hide their marriage but he refused to let her go. Let’s just say, Gage said when Sally finally admitted she was his, he would yell it from the rooftop. He does get that opportunity!! I love Melissa Foster’s books. Everyone around me (including my kids) knows I am a HUGE fan of hers. I’ve hooked other friends on her books. Trust me, you would not be disappointed in any of her books!!

    Worth the wait

This is not your typical boys meets girl love story. Sally and Gage were best friends for many years. Every thing changed by one night in Vegas. There might have been some alcohol involved. That one night was the best thing to happen to Sally and Gage. I have been waiting sio long for for this story. It was so worth the wait. I found myself laughing and shed a few tears. Gage is so romantic. This is definitely a must read. Melissa never disappoints.

    4 Stars

4 Stars Swept Into Love is the fifth title in the Ryders series, a friends to lovers romance, that I have been eagerly anticipating. Anyone familiar with Ms Fosters work will be aware of this pair of characters and their close knit friendship. Readers will not be disappointed in this emotion driven and swoon worthy romance. Ms Foster writes so prolifically, but so well. Although I haven't read every title in the Love in Bloom series, being that forty have been written, I have read quite a few and I loved that several of my favorite past characters appeared within this story line. For anyone who has not read any of the previous title, you need not worry as this book can be read as a standalone. Gage is determined and loyal, and despite being an alpha, he's incredibly sensitive, sweet and romantic. He loves fiercely and with his whole heart. Sally is stubborn, and has a past that haunts her, she fears letting love in, after already loosing one man she loved. But she's met her match in her long time friend, confidante and co-worker Gage. Their story is a heartwarming and engaging contemporary romance, full of heart, heat, sweetness and angst told in a dual point of view. I thoroughly recommend this title to anyone who loves a contemporary romance, or who is a fan of the previous forty titles in the love in bloom series.
