This is the new Shifter Whisperer?

These Shifters were nuts. HOLY ! What a insanely hilarious & touching book!! Who knew that you could find everything you didn't even know you wanted, let alone needed, in ***jacket, West Virginia!! (Personally, I have been checking into the travel costs in hope that I may be moving there myself! :-) ) So very many great parts that I would love to share, but there is no way I would spoil this story for you! This is one SHIFTASTIC story that truly needs no introduction, nor do you need to know anything beyond how PAWSITIVELY SHIFTTACULAR & MAGICALLY DELICIOUS it is! Of course there is that trademark humor of Robyn’s, but there is also a truly marvelous storyline to not only catch your attention, but keep it! I mean, come on! It is a Robyn Peterman book for Baba Yaga's sake! Nuff said! Beyond all of the quirkiness there is a PAWMAZING storyline that is further enriched by the Furry Tail like atmosphere. “So I hear you're the king. You wanna be my queen?” Don't get me wrong! I LOVE the humor and that aforementioned quirkiness! After all that is why I love these books of Robyn's! But WOW! I was blown-away by the FURRIFIC story too! Hotness, friendship, shockers at every turn – only one of witch, I mean which, I was able to figure out ahead of time! – and oh so BEARY much more!!!! Soooooo PAWESOME! No matter how many books of Robyn's that I have read, I have loved every. single. one. and this one is no different! She ALWAYS captivates & amazes me, while at the same time making me drool & pant over those FANGTASTIC men that star in her books! In fact, all of her characters are all so well-developed (Wow! You can take that so many ways! naughty wink) that I hope that each character gets their own story. Partly so that I have more to read :) but mostly because I become so attached to them all! They all have these great personalities that bring more depth & enrichment to the storyline, as well as having their own history, or a story that is just begging to be told – from the skunk to the deer, the bear to the ….well you get the idea! I love the range of emotions I went through on this journey – from laughing until I peed my pants, crying until my eyes were swollen, going mushy at the sweet & tender moments, getting hot & bothered from the…sorry! Gotta leave something for your to discover on your own Switching Hour journey. Okay, I will admit to bawling near the ending, but they were mostly happy sobs! All of this – and more - should go a long way in proving just how fantabulously talented Robyn is and why YOU NEED TO READ HER BOOKS! There is NO WAY you could not love them!! Now you can see why I have dubbed her the Queen of Uproariously Extraordinarily Entertaining Novels (QUEEN)! I heart Robyn!

    Dead Cat Rising

Robyn Peterman has been added to my must read authors. Story started out a bit slow but as the characters began to flesh out - it was a steady and funny ride. Zelda, a witch just released from jail, must complete a task to keep her magic and not be stripped of her powers and changed to a human. Zelda travels to a house left to her by her Aunt Hildy. Most puzzling to Zelda is that she did not know she had an aunt and in addition she is the brother to her father of whom she has never met. This task that she must complete is not specified. Upon reaching West Virginia Zelda finds that her aunt was the healer of a town full of shifters. Shifter battles, a familiar cat, and a wolf who is Zelda's mate prove for a very interesting read. Dead line of course is Halloween! Copy gifted for an honest review by Netgalley.

    Hilarious delight

This is the first and won't be the last time I read a book by this writer. There were a couple of times that had me laughing out loud. It's hilarious, witty, the main character, Zelda, is as mad as a hatter, so she fits perfectly well in the new place and I love her ability to rename people. I absolutely loved it, high five!

One of the best "free" downloads I have read. I will be purchasing the next in the series. The preview was amazing. I loved the cat 😍
