Two wrongs do not make a right

A romance where two people from opposite ends of the spectrum find themselves forced into close proximity with one another. Unfortunately, they are both keeping secrets from one another, and this is one of those situations where two wrongs do not make a right. So many times in life we do things in secret that come back to bite us, and the embarrassment when we realise that we did not have all the facts is often the main ingredient in nightmares. Anthony does not set out to impress, nor does he want to make an impression on Thea when he finds they have been double booked in a mountain cabin. Thea is horrified to realise that the man she considers public enemy number one is sharing her quarters with her. Although this story has a good plot with interesting characters, I found the continuous anger and arguments difficult to deal with, possibly because of my own baggage. I was, however, pleased that both parties found their true direction and were mature enough to make the necessary changes in their lives. I received a copy of this book for free through BookSprout as a gift, and this is my honest and voluntary review.

    Thea and Andrew

WOW! Loved that Iris Morland matched the free spirited, animal activist of Thea Younger with the arrogant corporate billionaire Andrew Bertram. They meet by renting the same cabin in the woods and then are stranded by a rain storm and floods by accident. Thea has a secret that she can't have Andrew find out is that she is behind the bad PR that his company is experiencing. Andrew is fighting the bad PR and his own secrets. You will enjoy reading Thea and Andrew's story in Taking A Chance On Love and love reading about Younger family. I highly recommend reading this book. Good Story

Thea and Anthony are on opposite ends she being an animal activist and he owning a cosmetic company that test his products using animals. As a struggling artist she takes a job at law firm as an assistant a job that she really doesn't like. When Thea takes a vacation in the mountains she has no idea that Anthony was going to do the same. Now they are housemates for the next few weeks. Will these foes be able to survive in the mountains in the same house? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

4.5 stars - really good story

I enjoyed this story from the first page but by the end I was completely hooked and loved it. So much emotion from both characters. They are at their best when they are together.
