    Tatiana

As always, Martin Cruz Smith has another winner with Tatiana. Arkady Renko novels are always so unpredictable it keeps you interested to the last line.

    Good read

Always liked Cruz Smith. Doesn't disappoint. This review is months after finishing and I still remember the book...

    Prequel

As a fan of Smith and the Renko series this volume does not disappoint. The solution to the suicide of Tatiana is well hidden until the end, naturally, but the sudden romance is just foisted on the reader from nowhere. Nevertheless, a good read and the promise of a sequel to come.

    Tatiana

Simply love the Arkady Renko character. He tries to manoeuvre and survive as best he can with his wit, wisdom and good sense of humour as deals with dark, dangerous, and corrupt people in his native country.
