    cozy murder mystery

Gemma is at the opening of Cassie’s art show in a new Oxford art gallery when a young rather obnoxious woman appears, has an apparent seizure and then dies. People are questioned by the police but Gemma and the women known as the Old Biddies start their own investigation on the side wanting to find out on their own who killed Sarah. Gemma shares some information she gleans with her old Beau who is in charge of the case and Devlin shares some of his information with her. There are a number of people that had motive and opportunity but which one is the one that did it and just how was it done? That is the question and Gemma nearly loses her life in the pursuit of trying to find out. The descriptions made me feel as if I were in Oxford. Gemma’s mother was a hoot. Gemma and Cassie have a very close friendship that many would envy. The Old Biddies are charming. Muesli might deserve her own Disney movie. And, Gemma is going to have her hands full in book three if she has to decide between two men that are showing interest in her. This is a great cozy and clean story that any age would enjoy. I would like to thank the author for the copy to read in exchange for an honest review.

    I loved it!

A cozy mystery with all the elements of a classic. I love the characters and the Oxford setting. This series just gets better and better! I missed some clues and was not able to solve the whodunit. I cannot wait to read more in the series!
