    Interessante

    Un buon libro che parla di resilienza e automotivazione spiegando cosa succede al cervello e degli studi realizzati su uomini e animali. In alcuni punti si prende per assioma alcuni concetti che bisognerebbe verificare. Però in definitiva dice cose semplici (a volte scontate) a cui si pensa poco nella quotidianità.
