  • Helpful During Pandemic

    I really thought it was a boring read because the first few chapters were nothing but a recollection of memories and stuffs, and nothing seemed interesting to me. However, when it was about the 10-day-meditation chapters, I really didn’t want to stop reading. It made me want to join meditation programs, but I don’t have the luxury of days to be absent at work. Sadly, that’s life of 8-5 in the Philippines. I highly recommend this book if you’re somewhat lost during this pandemic because it teaches you how to be aware of your thoughts and feelings, to recognize them as parts of you, and to learn to let them go as well. The highlight of this book is the meditation process, and something it helps healing all wounds that we buried inside. Thank you, Andrew for sharing this wonderful book!
