    Loved it

I loved this latest installment of the Texas Heroes series. It's always fun to read a new book in this series and catch up on all the characters from the past books as well as meet the new characters coming to town. There is so much going on in this story it's hard to summarize but one thing is for sure. Sweetgrass Springs, Texas and the residents seem to have a way of soothing batter souls and helping people who are a bit lost find a home. That's exactly what it does for Michael and Laken. When Michael shows up in Sweetgrass to meet the brother he never knew he had, he knows for certain he's found home. Getting past the hurts and pains of the past might prove to be too much to let him stay though. I highly recommend this one!

    Another Great Texas Heroes Story

This story is wonderful, the only downside is that you have to use a whole box of tissues to get through the good times, the sad parts, and the heartwarming scenes. I just love the Texas Heroes series, I have not found a story I have not fallen in love with. Jean manages to always include enough about other characters from previous stories that it just seems like a continuation of their story even if they are not centerstage. The interactions between the characters go from heart wrenching to heart warming. I think the tissue companies should be paying Jean a stipend since her stories seem to always require a box to get through (at least for me). Looking forward to the next book in this great series.

    At last

After first meeting Ian and Scarlett in Texas Roots it has been a real pleasure to watch their relationship grow and mature through every book in this series. Texas Hope bears the fruit of that development and brings such welcome healing. Ms Brashear really emphasises the importance of family in every one of her books, none more so than this one. This is a series well worth reading but it definitely has to be read in order. What's even better is that Ian and Scarlett aren't the main characters in this novel - that honour goes to Michael and Laken. The HEA in this novel is well deserved and not limited to Ian and Scarlett or Michael and Laken. Who else gets a HEA? You'll need to read this to find out but it really is a satisfying way to end.

    Texas and its Cowboys

I fell in love with this world that Jean created with the first book I read. And I have been investing in the rest of it. Great love stories, strong and interesting characters, and a wonderful sense of community. They don't disappoint, and due become a little addictive. Loved the journey.
