The 4-Hour Workweek is an excellent book. Even if you can follow one tenth of the tips on the book, it may change your life.

I should have read the first version

This book is perfect for the people who are stuck in a job they hate. I love owning and running my business so found this book irrelevant to my goals. It has some great ideas in the first part, but once it gets into how to live and work and mini-retire elsewhere it was insufferably long winded. Again, if this model is what you're looking for, great! You'll find it exceptionally helpful, if you're looking for a book that will help you change the way you run your business or looking for efficiencies so that you work less, this book isn't in depth enough in that way. I should have read the pre-expanded version, I didn't need the 100 pages of extra material.
