Enjoyed the book, found it both suspenceful plus kept me wondering, made some twists and turns, had a catchy ending.

    Intriguing!

As usual Sandra Brown delivers the mystery & intrigue that comes me coming back fof more. Adding a little romance to spice things up.

    Slow

Found this story to be slow and the story ponderous. Have enjoyed other novels by this author but not this one.

    The Alibi

Another well written story by Brown. Her books always keep you wondering and then she creates a twist you don't see coming.

    The Alibi

Really enjoyed this book. It was a good combination of suspense, tragedy and romance. A good commentary on the tragedy of youthful indiscretions and the lifelong struggle to either overcome them or allowing them to ruin your future. As well, the jealousies and ambitions of higher office are revealed, and the lengths to which one can go to achieve their goals. The ending was totally unexpected and the person guilty of the murder was never a suspect.
