    Short but perfect; just what I was looking for.

    This book is just a chapter excerpted from another book by the author. But it still stands very well on its own as a short and perfectly distilled introduction to mindfulness meditation. It is also insightful and motivating to read if you are just looking for something to help you get back into it.
