    I am half way through this book and LOVE it. I am your everyday house wife with 2 kids and ran 2 half marathons last year I did ok but have very big goals for this year I know I can run far but I want to run far fast. so far this book has been very helpful with explaining skill and the different runs you should be doing. I can't wait to run half marathons this year and seeing how I do after training in the new way I have learnt from this book.
