    Good borg begining

This book makes me think of a cross between the borg and zombies. It is a type of book I normally stay away from. It well written and the characters are appealing. I just loathe the genre and would normally give it a 2 on average. The flawless development of the infected should have been made into a flawed process with most of humanity/bane dying. I mean what do they eat? Thinking of E=mc^2, they won't be making everything out of just a person's body. Given a lot of time, and malfunctions, most people would die before becoming a functional bane that would be their "stage 1". As an electrical engineer, the event that should have been revised was when they mysteriously "plugged in" a cable to a live power transformer; it is as if the author thought they were carrying a huge plug that could simply be put into a wall outlet.

    Very good

If Zombieland and Terminator had a child, it would be here. This book questions what humanity means. The "zombie" types, people you might have lived and laughed with, become the terminators out to kill you, evolving and learning to think on their own. Very riveting, Eve journeys through the only world she's ever known, in the bones of our civilization.

    Oh my

I absolutely L O V E D it! This book was amazing. I really didn't expect it to be that good, honestly. At first it was a little boring to me but after a chapter or 2 things started to pick up. Such a good book!
