    Captivating, Emotional, & Romantic!!!

What a phenomenal new short story in the Hot Jock series from Kendall Ryan. I have read the first 2 books in the series and I have absolutely loved each one. Each book is filled with romance, heartache, passion, and angst, and The Bedroom Experiment is no different. Morgan is a professional hockey player and has had a crush on Isla for years but now that they are considered family those feelings are put aside. Isla has liked Morgan just as long as he has liked her but they have crushed on each other from afar. Now that Isla has decided Morgan is who she wants will they be able to finally find their happiness together? A beautifully well written story with wonderful characters that readers will fall in love with. I loved this story and can't wait for the next book in the series to be released. Short and Sweet

This novella is part of a series about hockey players, and despite not having read the two books published before this one, I can definitively say that it truly does stand alone. Since much of the story happens away from the characters who show up in all the books, I did not feel at a disadvantage for not having knowledge of what happened chronologically immediately before this story takes place. This is a very short story and as a result, the relationship between the hero and heroine evolves quickly. We learn that they had both harbored an attraction to the other, and as a result, the hero had avoided spending time at home to avoid anything inappropriate from happening with his brand new step-sister. His father asks that he come home for a weekend while he and her mother are away so that she isn’t alone at home. The heroine is now a college student and the hero a professional hockey player. I enjoyed reading as their relationship evolves from there to their happily ever after. It was sweet and quick and the barriers to their relationship turn out to be much less than they feared. If anything, I regret that it all happens so quickly. I liked these characters, but we never get to know them as well when their story takes place in a novella. I definitely recommend giving this book a try. I don’t believe that you will regret it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

You'll need a fan for this experiment

Fast fun read about a couple that have a ton of chemistry but are steps. She needs his "expertise" so suggests an experiment that almost burns the house down. Likable characters but not a ton of character development, it's really more about the relationship which is enough for a great read.

    Holy Hotness!

This was short but so hot, I think my Kindle melted! It’s told from Morgan’s point of view and the way he sees Isla. What should be forbidden turns out to be exactly what they needed. I also laughed because the internal dialogue was hilarious! I would have loved an epilogue though. We are left knowing that Morgan and Isla are together, but how did their future turn out? Short and Sweet

I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to feel about the novella based on the blurb, that can be a bit of a dicey topic sometimes, but it was completely fine. The way everything was set up and explained, it didn't weird me out at all. I enjoyed Morgan and Isla, they're both entertaining and good individuals. Obviously I wish it could have been longer, but I enjoyed what I had.
