    The Blood Gospel

Not quite what I expected. More of a fantasy than anything else. In a way, I was disappointed. It could be considered a cross of Davini Code (but only as good as National Treasure) and Being Human with some Twilight thrown in.

A literary roller coaster of action

James Rollins is my favorite author. It's like Dan Brown meets Indiana Jones. What I look forward to the most is at the end where the author separates fact from fiction- it's truely fascinating.

    Blood Gospel

    1. Storey line reasonably good 2. Book too long with repetitive areas 3. Displeased that the end of the book was a bit of an anticlimax and a setup for the next in a series

This was a definite page turner! The characters and their emotions came to life as only James Rollins can do.

Thought it would never end...it just dragged on tooooooooo long. I will keep reading James Rollins, but not this particular collaboration with this other author or series.
