  • Book of joan

A funny and moving tribute to Joan Rivers by her only child Melissa. Loved it. Melissa clearly inherited her moms caustic wit. Lol

  • The book of joan

Melissa has written an amazingly warm and wonderful tribute to her beloved mother, the fabulous joan rivers. I loved every word, and read it in one sitting with laughter and tears.

  • Enchanted Book Nook Review

I got the chance to read this book for free, in exchange for my honest opinion by Blogging For Books My Review: I typically don't review autobiographies, but the chance arose for me to read and I snagged it. Joan Rivers is a legend a pioneer to women in comedy. Although, I would always make sure to watch anything that was censored because she was a little dirty too. This book gave insight to what Joan was like to her best friend and daughter Melissa. There is some language in the book, but I think it's worth the read.

  • Great read

Whether you liked Joan Rivers or not, her daughter wrote a good reflection/tribute to her mother. Some very funny passages. The graduation speech Joan delivered, especially her 7 suggestions, is excellent. Worth copying. A good quick read....highly recommend.
