A Bridge to a Better Life

I enjoyed this book. It brought out a lot of emotions I didn't think I still had. I have a nephew who is disabled so I could understand where Blake was coming from to want to have the camp in honor of his brother.

    Awesome

Even though you know how the story will end, the journey there does not disappoint. This series has been a wonderful read. Glad has an equal sister series as well.

    beautifully written

I truly loved this book. I was caught up from the beginning of the book - the dedication was beautifully written! - and all the moments between Blake and Natalie as they found themselves and back to each other. It was beautifully written, honest and raw, at times, in how it portrayed grief and marriage with its ups and downs. I will admit that I cried more than once; and also laughed out loud - Blake's friends were awesome! Ava has an amazing way of including all the characters from the past novels in the way that let's us to have read all her books "revisit" the old characters....and for those that are reading her for the first time, don't feel that they are missing anything from the past books. Ava does a wonderful job of setting up the next story and I cannot wait to see what happens in the next love story. I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.

So appropriate title for the book.

A romantic read with love laughter and heart break . Learning how to deal with grief and to accept love.

Another fantastic read by Ava Miles

A year ago my daughter bought me a KOBO for my birthday and so I downloaded my first eBook – Nora Roberts Land by Ava Miles – shall I say I was hooked! I have read the whole series and all of her books for that matter and have loved every one of them! The Bridge to a Better Life, book 8 in the Dare Valley Series did not disappoint me – it was one of her best! Ava’s description of Blake and Natalie and their journey was so beautifully written that you felt you were there in Dare Valley with them as their journey unfolded! I have lost some dear friends and know how the heart aches. I could relate on many levels with Natalie and was quietly hoping she would come out of her dark pain to see the love she had surrounding her with her family – and Blake. Of course you could not but fall in love with Blake right from the start and his strength to be able to show his love and sadness for all to see and feel. Not to mention his deep unconditional love for Natalie! Thank you Ava Miles for another fantastic read! One that had me laughing and also shedding tears! I cannot wait for your next book and the adventures in Dare Valley! "I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review.
