    Humanity in a Dystopian Future

Despite a somewhat confusing start, this book quickly became a fascinating and engrossing story. Chapters that jump about in time provide different cross-sections of the main characters. Intrigue and violence compete with love and family to hook the reader emotionally as well as logically. While six main characters are involved throughout a lengthy period of years, at least a dozen intermediate characters are developed in depth and create much interest. When the ending comes dramatically, the reader knows exactly how everyone got to their position, and why they respond the way they do. The story is graphic enough to create mental images that are better than a film. This is a long novel, but not very easy to put down. This is a classic depiction of human values in a dystopian future.

    The City of Mirrors

I was really disappointed with the endings for Michael, Lish, and Peter. I invested a lot of time and energy in this series and really expected more. History about Zero was good. I wouldn't reread.

    City of Mirrors

Good story to tie it all together. Wish I could have had more of Amy at the end. But I understand that it would have only been repeat.

One of the best books I have ever read.

I loved this book, it brought the series to a great conclusion. The last line of the book was fantastic.

    Awesome!

I absolutely loved this book. I fell in love with the characters. The entire trilogy kept me on the edge of my seat. A real page turner!
