    Your A to Z on all things ayurveda

    This is a wonderful book by Vasant Lad, the foremost authority of the ancient science of Indian medicine, Ayurveda. The book is a complete guide for an A to Z on all topics related to your dosha(prakriti or nature). It then goes into details on each prakriti and how lifestyle including food, exercise etc should be maintained. The book has a general section on the ayurveda lifestyle and its rich benefits. There is an encyclopedia of ailment and their remedies from A to Z as the last chapter. You can find remedies from cough to serious disease like diabetes etc A very helpful book and once I flip through every few months to incorporate changes into my life. Highly recommend this book.
