The tales are good, but avoid this book

HP Lovecraft is a master of horror with a great, evocative writing style. He came up with the genre of "cosmic horror", in which the insignificance of humans in the cosmic order of things and the inability of the human brain to understand all of reality are central. However, HP Lovecraft died childless. The copyright to his work fell to an aunt and then to cousins who had no great interest in his work. As a result, the copyright for his work has long expired, and so the tales collected in this book are in the public domain. Many companies compile these and publish them in physical or digital forms. That's fine, but there is no reason why anyone should pay the asked price for this particular compilation, which is absurdly high for a compilation of public domain stories. Find other compilations, it will be the same work, but will cost much, much less.
