  • Dark Passion and Twisted Obsession

WOW WOW WOW I have been a Kitty Thomas fan for a while now and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail the emotions that she manages to evoke in readers is astounding. She always brings to life her characters and the circumstances they find themselves in. She always delivers on these aspects as well passion, eroticism and often survival even in some of the mind fuckery plots that are full of twist and turns. I absolutely love her writings and she is an automatic one click author for me. In The Con Artist Kitty Thomas delivers a plot that even me a longtime fan did not see coming or anticipate, and Quill was a well-developed and multi-dimensional character. Who was used to getting what he wanted and he wanted Saskia but for more than one reason. Saskia Roth was a starving artist she failed at all aspects in the art field at least in her eyes until Quill opened her eyes to possibilities she did not expect. The con she tried pulling sent her on a path of self-discovery. This story shows passion obsession and kink in a plot with twist and turns to leave you turning the page. As always Kitty Thomas weaved a tale through passion and eroticism that you do not see enough of in everyday romance, but at the same time to drags you through a portal of darkness that is so beautifully written that sets you on a physiological thriller to the end. Kitty Thomas Bring On The Next Release I am Ready.

  • Intriguing

Quite an intriguing tale this was. It starts out one way, a beautiful starving artist (literally) who decides to run a con on a business man instead of stealing a painting he wants her to. Months after she thinks she’s free and clear, living in Venice, he shows up letting her know he knows everything. And then really blows her mind. Which pretty much happens from that point on till the end of the book. Mind-Blown. Lots of secrets, lots of “whoa” moments, and some fascinating characters that you’re gonna keep trying to figure out long after you’re done reading

  • dark and twisted

As always, blown away and left with the lingering 'what now?' the authour excels at! Truly a master of the genre that no other can touch and leaving me with time needed to digest

  • Loved the story

Kitty will always get 5 stars but I hated the abrupt ending. I feel cheated, story ended just as it was getting good and deep. I would of liked to see move of pov from Quill.
