    Excellent

Excellent read! Bronc rider Shane Marvel knows this is the end of his rodeo career but he's determined to win as much as he can this year to fund his future. Even if that means riding hurt. Ella is a graduate student working on yet another degree. Before she can move forward though she needs to complete some research and collect data for a grant to fund her work. She's researching why people have risky behaviors so what better place to collect data than a rodeo and what better specimen than injured bronc rider Shane Marvel. Now can she keep her research strictly professional? Definitely a book I recommend.

    Love the Rodeo

Risk taker vs non risk taker. Shane is riding for his last year in the rodeo, going for it all even if injured. Ella has been passed up for a grant since she wasn't willing to take a risk, so instead she is traveling with the rodeo talking to bull riders on why they take the risk of their profession. Ella starts interviewing Shane when a friendship develops and leads to more. Are they both willing to take the risk of falling in love. An enjoyable book that makes you feel like you are right there at the rodeo. Likable characters, loved on how Ella would not give up on Shane. A great addition to the 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo, these are all stand alone reads, one thing in common though, sexy cowboys!!

    The Cowboy's Last Rodeo

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it. This was a good book. I enjoyed the tie in to the 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo as well as start another series for the author with the Marvell brothers. I loved Shane and how he struggled with the break up with his long-term girlfriend. Shortly after the break up, the ex-girlfriend becomes engaged to the Marvell brothers' CPA. Shane is left reeling. He meets Ella as she is following the rodeo and interviewing bull-riders. Ella is working for her Master's degree. She is extremely intelligent and is following the rodeo to gather data to write a proposal for a grant. Upon meeting Shane, both feel an immediate attraction. They decide on a summer fling. This story of their adventure is a fun feel-good read until things go wrong. This story is one that will grab you from the start. The dual POV is wonderful to help me identify with both characters. Their thoughts and actions are so much better understood with being able to see into their thought process. I highly recommend this story to anyone.

THE COWBOY'S LAST RODEO by Jeannie Watt!

This series is the best! I can't get enough! I loved this story the characters are warm and likeable. You could feel the honesty in coming to terms with the end of your career and feeling that you weren't where you wanted to be financially. This is a clean COWBOY romance.
