    Another good Bosch read, but.......

Overall, I enjoyed the story; I didn't think it was a real ripper, but it wasn't too bad either. Just one little niggle, though: I'd really like an explanation as to why Bosch simply walked away without putting the vice photos back where he'd gotten them. Very un-Bosch-like behavior. I didn't see anything about him remembering he'd done that, either. It's just wrong, especially for a cop as thorough and meticulous as Harry Bosch.

    The Crossing

I really loved this book. I read all Michael Conolly's books. Harry Bosch and Mickey Haller are two of my favorite characters.

    Sad it's over

Another excellent Harry Bosch story. I'm always sad when I finish one. I loved the conflicting emotions he had thinking he was working for the "dark side". His ability to hone in on small, inconsequential things to solve a case continue to fascinate me. He still has a darkness and depth to him that hasn't dissipated with age. Great twists and turns in this book that keep you reading.

The Crossing and The Brass Verdict

I enjoyed these books very much. This is my first time reading Michael Connelly. I liked the way he developed his characters and kept the action going. I found myself reading when I should have been doing other things, like mopping the kitchen floor.☺ I look forward to reading more of his works.
