    Captivating and exciting

Dawning of Scarlett, by author Jennifer Osborn, is a well-written, well-developed book about teen-age vampire coming “of age”. The story is enticing and gripping. While not my normal genre, I found Dawning of Scarlett to be extremely compelling and interesting. Dawning of Scarlett is not the typical story one normally sees about vampire’s interaction with humans (thus the reason it is not my normal genre). Jennifer makes the characters come alive. The storyline follows Scarlett as she deals with the issues teenagers face daily and how she deals with them. The story within the story will keep you captivated, anxious to turn the page. Readers who enjoy the genre, as will those who may not normally read this type of genre will find “The Dawning of Scarlett” a great read. The book is well paced and enjoyable. Jennifer has done an excellent job in pulling everything together, an excellent book from a great author. I highly recommend this book.
