    The Dressmaker

A smoothly written tale about both the simple and complex issues of love and loss, and the reality of life's continuance. The Dressmaker is a finely woven thread. I loved this book!

    Loved It

I loved this book. Claude is a wonderful character and I was rooting for him all along. I have an interest in the fashion world and I really enjoyed the descriptions of the outfits the clients and models wore. A great read for anyone who believes in love at first sight.

    The Dressmake

A beautiful story. Very different. Evrything was described so well in rich vibrant colour. One could imagine walking the streets of Paris and wishing i was there

    The Dressmaker - A Novel

I was really looking forward to reading this book so some reason. However, I then could hardly wait to finish it. I found it boring. I kept thinking I was missing something or something wonderful was going to happen. What a stupid man the tailor was to be led on by the lady. And what a self centered person the lady. Must have different values then most of us.

    Disappointed

Interesting characters. To much emphasis on names of locations not enough on story line. Though it kept me reading.
