    The Duke Who Ravished Me

I have a new author for me. Diana did some things I never would have thought. Diana gave us a really wild Story. From me, I thought this started as a XXX story. It is a start with Duke of Sunderford as Sunny in a erotic party in his home. Now a Governess and 2 twin girls come to the house to live there. Sunny was not very happy and the twins can come up with wild questions! There is a story that will go though to the end. I liked the book farther as I read. Wait for all the twists and urns in here. I will admit this is for hard adult readers. Give this book a chase. Check it out! Enjoy reading this story!

    Satisfying Historical Romance!

Satisfying historical romance of two damaged people, Adam and Isabel. Both forceful, proud and witty, brought together under less than ideal situations. Then there are the vivacious twin imps, Patience and Prudie, delightful! Stimulating, fun writing and read! Voluntarily read ARC for honest review.

    Great regency romance

Wow!! Love this!! I really like Isabel, she is practical, straight-forward, strong and independent. Adam is the typical rakish & sinful duke, he does have a few good qualities though and Isabel shakes him up just enough for him to realize that there is more to being a duke then "partying". From the beginning, the antics of these characters made me laugh but Isabel's plight/secret past is quite serious, totally shocking and made me cry. I was so caught up in the transition of their lives that I had forgot about the fact that there was a secret that needed to be revealed so it blindsided me. This is definitely one of the best regency romances that I have ever read. Author did an excellent job writing this. Couldn't put it down until I finished and it will be in my favorites stash for those times when I need a guaranteed engrossing, heartwarming, engaging, satisfying romance reading material. Received a copy from Loveswept (publisher) through Net Galley.

Everything Is Not As It Seems

The Duke of Sunderford, Adam Fairfax, is better known to the “ton” as Sinful Sunny. In The Duke Who Ravished Me he has earned this reputation through a number of debauched entertainments which he holds in his home. While in the middle of just such an entertainment his enjoyment is interrupted by the arrival of visitors. He is very disgruntled when he has to put aside the pleasures of the two young ladies he’s playing with in order to find out what is going on. His Uncle Abel apparently has claimed a heart condition. He no longer feels able to continue as guardian and has sent the children from his home in Cornwall on a several days journey to London. Twins Patience and Prudence are two charming little girls, but who in their right mind would send them to live as wards with a bachelor of Adams reputation? But Uncle Abel wants them to be settled before his health worsens. Isabel Finch, the governess to the young girls, is clearly a gentlewoman. She has taken care of the children for several years while they were with Uncle Abel. She is determined to protect them from the Duke’s debauchery. Everything Is Not As It Seems Throwing a couple of innocent children into the lap of a libertine is one way of attempting to reform him. I think it is clear that this is the reason why Uncle Abel sent the children in the first place. I found it interesting that the Duke felt that the governess to be entirely without charm when first they met. It soon becomes apparent that she not only has charms, but they are exactly the sort he likes. There were some interesting twists and turns in this book that I thoroughly enjoyed. The characters were interesting and very well written. The girls were charming and entirely adorable. This is the fourth in the Rebellious Brides series, which includes Spy Fall, A License To Wed, and From London With Love, though works very well as a standalone novel. I will be happy to read more from Diana Quincy. Reviewed for LnkToMi iRead in response to a complimentary copy of the book provided by the publisher in hopes of an honest review.

    excellent read

Adam Fairfax, fifth Duke of Sunderford, became the guardian of two precious girls. Their governess came with them, Miss Finch. She had some secrets herself and trusted no one with them. The duke known as Sinful Sunny, was just that and was proud of it. He had never had any attention from his parents and when he came of age he rebelled, in spectacular fashion. She was very attentive to the girls and she was gentle. She loved them very much. The characters were great, questions the girls asked the adults, and just being their cute little selves. The plot has several twists to it and is well written. I loved the bantering between Sunny And Isabell. The sexual tension between them was very interesting. I highly recommend this book if you don't mind a dash of sex and an excellent story. I received this ARC free and voluntarily reviewed it.
