  • Loved it...got me into SF.

One of the first series I read, years ago. Amazing scope, great writing and good science behind it (if a little dated now). A worthy read.

  • The Eon series

My mind was blown away with this story, and the incredible technology described. I love science fiction and have read many authors in my lifetime. I must admit that this story line is the best that I have ever devoured!

  • Another great work by Bear

This book has something to offer many different styles of readers. It is a great sci-fi novel with sufficient marvels to entertain any adolescent boy. It is a Human story with enough emotional and political drama to provoke many a long reflection. And finally it has enough math/science mumbo-jumbo and over-the-top descriptive prose to delight the hardcore dreamer.

  • Brilliant concept carried out brilliantly

The whole concept of the Way and how Greg Bear builds a series of interlinked stories around it is amazing. It works at every level: straight tech based SF, human relationships and politics, people you can like and admire, ... And they are well written. The books draw you along and it's hard to put them down, despite the complexity and detail.

    Thanks for your feedback!
