    Thanks for your feedback!

    The eyes of the dragon....excellent!

This story harkens back to the old Stephen King novels that I know and love. I thoroughly enjoyed it and had a very difficult time putting it down....actually, I only put it down a couple times, having binge read it. I recommend it to anyone who loves Stephen King the way I do. Can’t wait for future stories that are dangled in front of us at the end.

While this is certainly not anywhere near my favorites of SK's, I still appreciate the fact that this story was created as one for him to tell his kids before bed. The story weaves perfectly that way, a continued tale that could be stopped and continued on different nights. The best part of it however, is the distinct allusions to the Dark Tower saga. Alternate versions of Roland and Flagg are prominent, as well as numerous settings and sayings. Very interesting. One of the stronger ties to his ever-larger Dark Tower-verse.

    Does not disappoint!

This story had me hooked from the first page. Written in the guise of a young teen book, this is just another chapter in Flagg's long evil life. Betrayal, magic, loyalty, friendship, surprise - this story has everything to keep you turning the pages. As usual, Stephen King creates a rich world and weaves a spell binding story leaving you wondering just which world this is where Roland, Thomas, Alan and Dennis are not Ka Tet and there be dragons.
