    Sweet Romance

"The Family Man" by Kelly Eadon is a sweet story. This is Beth Beverley and Griffin Hall's story. You meet Beth in "The Wedding Date" by Kelly Eadon but can be read as a standalone. Beth is her own person. I enjoyed her personality. She is definitely unique. Griffin is great too but is keeping secrets. Griffin and Beth are perfect for each other. Will they take a chance on love? This is a cute and sweet romance with steamy scenes, funny and heartfelt moments. I received a copy of this book for an honest review. FYI, includes mature content.

    A fun feel good read...

ARC Review: The Family Man By Kelly Eadon The beautiful artwork on the cover attracted my attention. The book description drew me in and Kelly Eadon's story captured my heart. There is something refreshingly sweet about a man like Griffin. Sacrificing in every way imaginable in order for his little girl to have the love and security that she needs and deserves. He's one of the good ones. What's ironic is that he does not see how much of a good father he actually is. It takes the hands of fate, small town living and the love of a good woman to open his eyes. Beth has a big heart, a love of baking and an attraction to one of her most profitable clients. The problem is the baggage that they both carry is heavier than either realizes. It will take a precocious child, a fiery attraction and a whole lot of faith to convince her to take a chance. I received an ARC of The Family Man for an honest review. The adorable romance, charming town and heartwarming themes are an addictive combination.

    Absolutely, positively, heartwarming

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian I Dig Good Books. *I received a copy of the story from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review.* This is book two for author Kelly Eadon. It is just as great as book one was! This is also book two of her series and features a different couple but of course still has the same supporting characters from the first book. It’s a great way to follow the characters and see how they are growing and becoming their “own” person. The same holds true as it did for her first book, I didn’t want to put it down. I started reading this story during my lunch break and I surely didn’t want to put the story down, nor did I want to stop reading it. This story, to me, is more of a “feel good” story. I think this is because there is a child involved and attached to the main male character. That changes the dynamic in a book slightly and I think the author took great care in remembering it wasn’t just about a man and a woman but that a child was involved. Your emotions will still be a wreck, so be prepared. You’ll smile, you’ll giggle, you will sigh, and you might become kind of angry. The emotions feel natural in the story, they don’t feel forced and don’t feel fake. This story brings light a character by the name of Angela. She is a “minor” character of sorts but there is a mystery that surrounds her and the circumstances that bring her into the story. I hope that we can expect a story from the author about her character, even a novella would be great! All in all, I absolutely loved this story, and didn’t want to put it down. It held my attention from start to finish and can’t wait for the next story, which happens to be Ryan’s story. I promise, you won’t be disappointed with checking out this book and the series. They are great reads and allow you to escape from reality for a little bit.
