    Blown away!

    Wow this book really opened my mind! I'm not a 'large' woman per se, but I do have a problem with compulsive eating. I'm always stuffing my face and constantly snacking. Im always full and I don't even remember the last time I was hungry. The information they provide on the science of fasting had my jaw dropping. I've been fasting the way they instruct in the book for a week now and I feel amazing! I feel like a whole new person, like I finally have control of my body and my life. And the daily recipes they provide are fantastic! Delicious and a lot cheaper at the grocery store! I'd highly recommend this book to anyone :)
