    Fun read

I love a good geeky love story and this one definitely fits the bill! Ben is perfect. Much more at home in a lab than the boardroom but taking over as CEO requires he obtain the skills necessary and image more fitting of his new position. Holly Colvin is great at PR and rebranding products but a person??? Ben obviously needs help though and she needs the income so she's game! This is such a fun read and you can't help but love Ben. I think everyone will enjoy it. I definitely recommend.

    A Sexy Geek

Love reading about sexy geeks, and Ben fits it to the tee. He is so much more comfortable in the lab but when he takes over ass the CEO, he needs some help in the image makeover. A chance meeting of Holly, owner of First Impressions PR, is the perfect solution for both. Holly is in need of some fast money to save her company. The sexual chemistry between these two is HOT, you will be fanning yourself off. Holly tries to keep reminding herself this is just a business arrangement. This book will have you laughing out loud and swooning over Ben. Love Tawna Fenske humor! I highly recommend this book! I received this book from Netgalley for an honest review.

    Fix me right Up!

So have you ever met that really cute guy that you thought... hmmmm he has so much potential if only I could just change this, this and this. Not a lot I just want to tweak a little here and there. Maybe help him dress a little better, polish him up a bit, teach him some manners or how to act in a certain situation. Usually this is just a pipe dream. Something you think about and then giggle (or sigh dramatically) and then walk away from this guy. Or you have been with "said man" forever and this has been an ongoing project and you may or may not have made some headway with it ;) But in Tawna Fenske's The Fix Up this becomes Holly Colvin's job. There is just one small caveat - Ben Langley will be the first man Holly has ever rebranded. Her business is rebranding companies, and she is damn good at her job. But one look at Ben and she knows that he needs her help. Gorgeous, sexy but socially awkward Ben is taking over his family business as CEO and he knows if he is going to step away from his science lovin' experiments and to the helm of the company he needs help from the best. And Holly is the best! The Fix Up charmed me right from the get go. I was drawn right in to the light hearted and fun style of writing. The witty banter and sexual innuendos that flowed between the characters had me laughing out loud. If you are looking for a book that will bring a smile to your face, a sweet romance that is full of quirky humor then don't miss out on this one! I just adore finding a "new to me" author that I just want to devour! And bonus... discovering in that MASSIVE TBR pile sitting on the e reader another one of her books just waiting to be read. JACKPOT! I received a complimentary copy of The Fix Up in exchange for an honest review.

    Fix me please

Ben and Holly meet in a furniture store. Then they kiss. The attraction is strong, fast, and electric. What's a guy to do with a chance to see her again? Yep, he calls her. Ben needs help getting ready to make an important presentation. He needs to prove to himself and his father that he can take the reigns of the company and be the best new CEO. He does not want his dad to regret giving him this position. Not that he is all that sure he wants it. Holly has already had a strong man try to ruin he career and take away her company. This is just attraction and simple desire, right? Then why does her body light on fire whenever she is near him? Ben is the only man who makes her feel this way. Now if only she can keep her hands and mouth to herself. They find themselves becoming friends. Holly helps Ben prepare and get ready to be CEO. She gives him a new reason to be the alpha male she knows he can be. I found this to be an amazing start to the First Impressions series!! There is so much laughter, passion, and even geek references to make any reader glad they picked this book up. I loved it!! ***This ARC copy was given by Netgalley.com and its publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Ben Langley was hard not to fall in love with.

Ben Langley is such a genuine soul that it was hard not to fall in love. Adorably shy, socially awkward and with a genius that is unquestionable. However, somewhere along the way he allowed his insecurity to control him. Backhanded comments from family and friends made him aware that he was different and his tender heart started to break. Holly is a smart, ambitious business woman. On the verge of losing it all. Following her heart cost her dearly in the love department, wrecked her self-esteem and may cost her the business she loves. In order to save it she has to take a chance on a new client. Too bad he makes her want more than just a business relationship. I received an ARC of The Fix-Up by Tawna Fenske in exchange for an honest review. I thought it was a cute read. Ms. Fenske tackled self-esteem issues in a sweet, yet subtle way. She did so with such class that the lesson did not come across preachy. She also centered that lesson around the male lead learning to listen to his heart. With a little help from fate, he snagged his angel on the first impression.
