Not as bad as I feared

I'm a little tired of the rehashing of the Arthurian Tale. I admit, it has been the basis for a lot of really good stories, and has leant foundations to literary tropes we couldn't feasibly live without. But this book did a good job. I'm not about to say it broke any molds, and it's probably not on the top of my list of books to read again, but it was fun. The characters were good, the pacing was brisk, and it was a fun little fantasy jaunt. I recommend it if you're looking for a well written, fully contained, and not high and mighty fantasy tale of Arthur and his knights.
