    Forgotten Seamstress

Very different subject, lots of interesting views of mental asylum from the early 1900s. Interesting discription of quilts and the stories they can tell and the beauty of fabrics. While I read it all, I was not completely engaged.

    Well done!

I loved it..great story! I laughed, I cried, and enjoyed reading on. I enjoyed how the story was put together from what happened many years ago to present day and the use of the quilt to piece it all together.

    The forgotten seamstress

A very good read. It was almost like making a quilt and piecing it together over many years, in fact a lifetime. Or making sense of a very large number of puzzle pieces that take several years to place in order! Well worth the time!

    Enjoyable read

This novel is a fascinating story of how a quilt helped keep a woman sane and held her biggest secret. Although a bit hokey, I enjoyed the characters and the way the table is slowly revealed.
