    Not enough detailed information.

    I just purchased this book and while it does have a very short listing of GI listings in foods, there is no Glycemic Loading chart, which is what I was mostly interested in. Also, the recipes do not give you a total GI or GL number to go by, only the total number of carbs and other nutrients. It means if you really want to keep careful track, you will need a detailed food listing by both GI and GL and will be doing a lot of math. The recipes look good and simple to follow but I would like know for sure what my GL will be before I prepare them and so will have to do a lot of "legwork."
