    Horrible

Honestly bad. Not what you expect from larry Niven. No plot, no character development, constant self aggrandisement and a ridiculously unscientific background . Better left on the shelf

    Self Serving

It reads more like an ode to a climate change denier attempting to convince the reader how smart they. The story starts interestingly enough but devolves quickly into the fantasies of a child wronged envisioning themselves powerful and as such I wouldn't recommend this book.

    Goliath Stone

Started well but got bogged down towards the finish.

    Good fast page turning read

Love the altruism, and the almost constant humour. Many of the literary references went past me, but many other did work, especially the ear fish.

This is not the book I'm looking for.

Larry Niven put his name on this book? The premise sounded interesting, but I could only make it through 9% of this story before completely loosing interest. What I read was choppy, un-engaging and without character depth.
