    The House of Hades review

This was a very good book with riveting stories hidden inside. Showing kids to face their fears, not be afraid of who they are, and to stand up for each other. Accepting people for who they are is something our society struggles with. Riordan incorporates all of this into his book. Jason realized that Nico was "gay", but this brought Jason closer to Nico, as Jason started to realize Nico's problems. So, not only does Riordan write an extremely good book in The House of Hades, but he puts his resolutions to real-world problems in it as well.

    Pretty good

The book was, as I said in the title, pretty good, Rick Riordan could go more in depth with Nico's side of the story, to add a darker tone, as well as really let you connect to him on a deeper level. Also, Bob, or Iapetus seemed like a very one-dimensional character, making it harder to like him. Piper is quite Frank-ly, pretty useless, and in the next book I'd like to see her actually do something. And last but not least, Tartarus just felt way to easy, Percy and Annabeth made it through just fine, no real character defining moments were had, which made it seem almost like filler, if Percy and Annabeth were affected greatly, and became more reserved, like Nico, this wouldn't have felt like a time killer as much, but in the end, it was a good book.

    Rick Riordan does it again!

This book is amazing. It continues the story of the second great prophecy, and i cant wait to start on the last book.
