  • Likable heroine

Believable heroes... and heroine, in particular, caught in difficult situations. Not quite as much rip-roaring fun to read as the first book in the series, On Basilisk Station, probably because the story revolves around so much prejudice, but still engrossing nevertheless and the whole series is an absolute must... so go for it! Very few people would regret it if they like militaristic adventure stories set in the future. The stories which have a a significant Grayson involvement evolve further down the line to become a really uplifting aspect. So if you find the prejudice a bit gruelling at times, as I did/do, bear with it. It is worth it, honest!

  • Wonderful

A brilliant story of a heroic captain kind set in a hard Sci-fi world. I really enjoyed reading this book.

  • Honor rides again

I've read the series over and over throughout the years, and the earlier books are truly the best. A masterpiece that takes you on Honors roller-coaster life. The only flaw is that it ends so quickly.

    Thanks for your feedback!
