  • Hunt for Red October

R.I.P Tom Clancy. He was a good story teller. The Hunt For Red October is the first book in the series. I recommend this book to anybody interested in everything naval. The book is a lot different to the film, then again, I enjoyed that too.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • A bygone era revisited

It was wonderful to return to the days before personal computers and online devices to see how the world operated in the era when computers were owned primarily by governments and some corporations. It's interesting reading for people born well after this period when people operated so differently. This book is an exciting vignette of life during those times. Clancy has not only another exciting story but a glimpse of the times when people relied on experience, intelligence and sometimes gut instinct more than technology.

    Thanks for your feedback!
