    Excellent read

I don't usually write reviews, but this was one book I had a hard time putting down. I didn't realize it was a series, my only criticism (and I use that word with sarcasm, I might add), as I already had five on the go! I had to download the other two as I'm so caught up in it, I'm excited to see what happens next. A fun choice for a fast-paced, futuristic adventure.

    The Last Librarian

As a librarian myself I found the idea that all the books in the world being destroyed a horror! ! This dystopian novel grabbed me hard and kept me turning the pages beyond the times I was supposed to stop and get some work done! I was engaged by the character of the librarian and his relationships and with his feelings about the collection that was in his care. A great read!

    The last librarian

I enjoyed the thesis of the story. The characters were interesting but needed a bit more life with more realistic dialogue. The relationships were awkward at times leaving me wondering ' there must be more to what just transpired '. That said, I like the dystopian theme and the interesting blending with the real world of forests. Left a lot to the imagination, maybe a bit to much.
