  • The Long Haul--Debate Worthy?

This is a very hard book to review seeing as there is a lot of debate and bias whether this series is a worthwhile read, or, quite simply, not a good use of time. Although I have read these reviews and conversed with peers about which option is correct, and I found this answer that was found in the reviews and conversations. It's a good book. Now, that sounds sort of cliché because basically everyone says that about any book. But, I do think that ALL Diary of a Wimpy Kid books lack depth found in classical literature and novels. If you'd like a simple book for a car ride or airplane trip, this is the book for you. But if you'd like a book that you can sink your teeth in, try some books with related plots, but in a different format. This review is not meant to spoil any of this book's integrity, nor was this meant to offend anyone. In the case where this review is offensive, my apologies in advance.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • The Long Haul

WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILER ALERTS. READ AT OWN RISK!!! I recomend this book as much as all the others. Again, there were some uneeded capital letters. However, it was pretty good over all. It was about Greg and his family going on a road trip and almost every thing that can go bad on a road trip HAS to happen to the Heffleys on the one road trip. Greg makes some options about what to do with a lost locker key HE finds at the end of the book and one involves lying and another involves keeping secrets from his parents. I recommend this book for ages 8-10. I hope you love this book and this review helps you!
