    The Lively Wicked Rain

Great third book in the Garrison Gage series! I've read the first, then tjis one and now I want to go back and read the second. Gage is a witty, likeable main character and the stories are fun and plausible; there are just enough hints dropped into the story to keep you wondering about the man. A sense of melancholy pervades both the main character and the Oregon Coast he lives on that lends a nice texture to the stories.

    Great Book

I read this awhile back and though I can't exactly remember it enough to talk about here, I do remember that it was a great book. Each book I read by Scott William Carter is better than the last. He's now one of my favorite authors.

    Great Read

Truly enjoy the Garrison Gage books. He's quite the character and he always keeps you guessing what snide remark/joke will come out of his mouth next. Love how he's becoming more comfortable in his own skin and evolving while accepting his guilt, pain, and sadness as he involves himself in doing what he loves best, solving crimes.
