  • Prue and Max

I’m hanging on an edge here!! This is the start of a very intense emotionally charged book.Prue is supposed to be working on her Thesis for her doctorate. But the Man who invited her to his house to do just that from his own personal library is quite the Mystery. All that is an emotional roller coaster ride of emotions that I dare anyone put themselves in her place and not get whiplash!! I’m so ready for Book 2 to continue with the story! I reviewed an advanced copy of this book via Booksprout.

  • So Darn TANTALIZING!

Winding twists and attention grabbing turns filled with an array of emotions that push you to the edge feeling extremely needing to keep turning the pages. It's Hot, Tantalizing and most definitely Yummy.  Yes, it ends in a cliffy that definitely has me hanging by a thread needing more.

  • So Much Passion!!!

This book was Hot!!! A college student working on her dissertation gets the chance of a lifetime, and pretty much leaves her life for 2 months. What she didn't expect was to get caught between her benefactor and the man in the mask. This story absolutely gripped me in both the story and passion from the beginning, and I hope to read the rest of the story to find out what happens! Please note that I did receive an ARC of this book, and the opinions expressed in this review are my own.

  • A Good Start to a New Series

Prue is a grad student working on her dissertation, when she gets the opportunity of a lifetime. Maximillian Donovan has recently acquired a journal that would make her paper. She is invited to stay in his home, a Gothic manor, for two months while she studies. She will not be allowed to leave for any reason, and must sign a non-disclosure agreement. An aloof Max gives her the grand tour of the house, allowing her mostly free reign with the exception of the North wing and his personal wing. She is awed when she sees his library, and excited to get to work. She keeps seeing glimpses of a man with a mask, who looks just like Max. She starts to suspect she is losing her mind. When she discovers the truth, she is devastated. The book is rather dark, but not overly so. Madness in a Gothic manor cannot be a bad thing, right? It ends in a cliffhanger, which is not my favorite way to end a story, but the sequel will be out soon. There will be three books in the series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Hot beginning to series

Warning this book ends with a cliffhanger. The heat level of this book is off the charts and the encounters are amazing. I can’t really say too much without giving things away. You just need to accept that you really won’t understand what is going on till near the end of the book. I can’t wait to read the next book.
